It is ideal if you require large volumes (typically over 50,000 units) and the part has complex features like multiple bends or holes. If your part is very large or requires deep drawing at specific angles, we might suggest Transfer Die Stamping instead.
For standard precision dies, the design and fabrication usually take 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity. This includes the DFM analysis, tool build, and initial T1 sample approval.
We provide Lifetime Tooling Maintenance. Once we build the die for your project, we perform routine sharpening, lubrication, and part replacements at our own expense to ensure your production never stops due to tool wear.
